Father Richard Kulwies, OMI of St. Joseph's Church wason hand Monday to bless the new locale of Ibarra's Office, formerly Daniel V. Ibarra, Jr.'s offices which opened in 1969 on the corner of Madison and Quarry.  The office which provides tax preparation and Notary Public services will now be located at 398 E. Main St. Suite 3 where Abraham Ibarra and his staff will be on hand with over 40 years of experience.
